It is important to note that our leashes are not recommended for heavier than average dogs that tend to pull on walks. While our products are durable and made to last, they are not chew proof. Our guarantee covers hardware or assembly defects, but not misuse or normal wear and tear. To request a replacement, simply email us at support@caobapets.com with pictures of your product and order number.

Please be aware that shipping costs will not be covered by Caoba. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to determine if products are eligible for a replacement. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to help ensure you have the best experience with our products.
