Return Policy

Our Policy

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have up to 10 days from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange.

• Items must be returned in their original Caoba packaging and must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused.
• Orders with promotions must comply with the promotion's terms.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  Caoba reserves the right to reject any returns that do not adhere to this policy. Rejected items will be shipped back to the original address at the customer's cost.
  

USA Orders

For USA orders, you can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receipt by contacting support@caobapets.com.

Please note that we offer complimentary exchanges within the USA. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Pre-paid return shipping labels are available upon request.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Caoba currently does not support International Orders.
